What I'm doing now

A living document of current projects, focus areas, and open questions. Inspired by Derek Sivers' /now page.

01

Actively building

Foundation Stage

HatchClaw

Multi-agent system for building software

Testing what happens when AI agents don't just assist, but execute entire product workflows. Currently in Foundation Stage: agent coordination architecture. The hardest part isn't individual capability—it's orchestrating multiple agents without chaos.

Studio

Cortex22

AI implementation for company workflows

Building an implementation studio for companies that want AI embedded into real work: documents, decisions, approvals, handoffs, and messy operational workflows.

Concierge of AI

Managed AI concierge service for high-performers

We deploy, run, optimize, and evolve your personal AI operations layer. Built on top of HatchClaw. High-performers don't want to manage AI tools—they want results. The hard part is defining clear outcome metrics and building systems that reliably deliver them.

02

What I'm learning

Advanced prompt engineering for multi-step product workflows

Moving beyond single-shot prompts to orchestrated agent chains

How to evaluate "agentic" output when traditional quality metrics don't apply

Non-deterministic systems need new evaluation frameworks

What "strategy" means when implementation becomes instant

The PM role shifts from executor to architect

The psychology of human-AI collaboration

When do people trust AI decisions vs. override them?

03

What's changing

Shift in focus

Moving from single-agent tools to multi-agent orchestration. The hard problems aren't at the individual task level—they're at the system level.

New hypothesis

The PM role doesn't disappear in an agentic world—it shifts upstream. Less writing specs, more designing systems. Less managing backlogs, more defining success criteria that agents can execute against.

Content evolution

Cortex22 Thinking is where the more practical AI implementation writing now lives: less speculation, more operating leverage, messy workflows, and what actually changes inside companies.
